Refund Policy

This event has now been rescheduled to Thursday 22 November at 7.30pm in Pennar Community Church.

Tickets purchased for the original event will be valid for the rescheduled event. Ticket holders are urged to keep their tickets and present them on the door at the rescheduled event.

Ticket holders who are not able to attend the rescheduled event will be entitled to a refund.

As a charity, the Heritage Centre does not keep large quantities of cash on site.  Therefore, in order for the Heritage Centre to accommodate refunds, we are asking that ticket holders wishing to have a refund should follow this procedure:

  1. Ticket holders should remain in possession of their tickets, and keep them safe. Proof of possession of tickets will be needed in order for refunds to be actioned.
  2. Ticket holders wishing to receive a refund will need to register their name and their contact details along with the quantity and type of ticket on a list at Reception at the Heritage Centre. This information can also be given over the telephone (01646 684 220) or by email (
  3. Heritage Centre Staff will contact individuals in due course to arrange making a payment of the full amount.

The last opportunity to register for a refund will be 4.00pm on Thursday 22 November. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund for this event after this time.

Any personal data (including contact details or bank details) which is obtained in order to give a refund, will be kept securely and destroyed once the refund has been completed.
