If every website visitor donated £1.00, we could raise almost double the amount raised by all our fundraising in 2018, and we would safeguard our Heritage for another year.

Pembroke Dock Sunderland Trust operates Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre, and is a registered charity in England and Wales, number 1120476. We do not receieve any regular external funding and rely on donations to continue to operate.

Please support our work by considering a small donation through our Local Giving page.

Arts Club Pupils Create Town Tapestry

A bright and colourful tapestry made by schoolchildren to celebrate Pembroke Dock’s Bicentenary is to go on display at the town’s new Heritage Centre.

The tapestry was designed and the pictures drawn by members of Pennar Community School’s after school arts club, helped by members of staff Dawn Russell, Helen Allen and Sharon Thomas. It captures so many buildings and milestones in the town’s two centuries of history.

Arts Club pupils visited the Heritage Centre at the Royal Dockyard Chapel to present the tapestry and are pictured with Sunderland Trust Team members Alex Davies and John Mitchell.
